Just got to have a rave.. I spent the weekend at the Melbourne Showgrounds for the Coffee Expo – YES I drank too much coffee! With the Veneziano coffee team watching Craig Simon compete in the National Barista Competition. It’s a serious comp, with technical and sensory judges and 75,000 people tuning in to the live stream! And I’m very happy to report he won! Amazing work and so proud.. his next step, representing Australia in the World Championships in Austria in June.
